Descriptions:

The Purchasing Assistant whom we seek will be providing support to the Purchasing Department. She will be tasked to do file and records keeping, transmittals of documents to other support department personnel, and other tasks as assigned.
Her primary role is to assist in canvassing, requesting for samples, negotiating terms of payment, accomplishing P.O.’s, setting dates of deliveries from suppliers, and communicating and coordinating with the internal teams of the company.

Qualifications:

  • Graduates of Accounting or Business Administration are welcome to apply;
  • Undergraduates are welcome to apply as long as there is solid work – related experience;
  • With at least one (1) year experience in the same position and exposure in Purchasing;
  • Positive work habits and a can-do attitude are attributes the Purchasing Assistant must possess;
  • Meticulous, organized, and must have a keen eye for details;
